Jedan od najlak\u0161ih recepata je palamida s limunom. Kad je palamida pe\u010dena, slo\u017eite je na tanjur i prelijte mje\u0161avinom maslinovog ulja, \u010de\u0161njaka i per\u0161ina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se pe\u010de palamida na ro\u0161tilju?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Odresci palamide na ro\u0161tilju ili gril tavi se peku ovisno o ja\u010dini vatre ili temperaturi 5 do 10 minuta sa svake strane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Palamida u tavi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Palamidu izrezati na odreske debljine 2-3 cm, posoliti i marinirati u maslinovom ulju u kojeg se dodao limunov sok, \u010de\u0161njak i per\u0161in. Ostaviti oko pola sata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tavi zagrijati malo maslinovog ulja, te na zagrijanu tavu staviti odreske palamide. Pr\u017eiti dok ne poprime zla\u0107anu boju potom okrenuti. Sa svake strane \u0107e ovisno o debljini i veli\u010dini odrezaka trebati oko 5 do maksimalno 10 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitno je koristiti tavu s dnom na koje se ne lijepi, neprijanjaju\u0107e dno ili koristiti gril tavu. Staviti malo ulja, ne treba biti puno ulja u tavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako pe\u0107i odreske od palamide na tavi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U tavu dodati malo ulja, te na dobro zagrijanu tavu staviti odreske palamide, pe\u0107i sa svake strane 5-10 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palamida u tavi je dobar izbor kada se \u017eeli brz obrok, jednostavno se priprema, a odli\u010dnog je okusa. Kada se naviknete na pripremu palamide tada mo\u017eete eksperimentirati s vi\u0161e ili manje za\u010dina, dodavanjem \u010dili papri\u010dica i sli\u010dno, ako se \u017eeli malo ja\u010di okus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to je bitno kod pripreme palamide?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo i osnovno je kvaliteta ribe, kada imate dobru ribu, sve ostalo je pitanje nijansi i detalja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odreske palamide bi bilo dobro marinirati prije pripreme, bar 15 minuta ostaviti u marinadi kako bi bila so\u010dnija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marinada za odreske od palamide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U marinadu za odreske od palamide mo\u017ee se u maslinovo ulje dodati limunov sok, \u010de\u0161njak, per\u0161in, ali i origano, ru\u017emarina, \u010dili papri\u010dice, papar&#8230; Mediteransko aromati\u010dno bilje se dobro sla\u017ee s palamidom, te mo\u017eete po izboru ga dodat u maslinovo ulje za mariniranje palamide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u010dini i povr\u0107e uz palamidu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz palamidu idu dobro mediteranski za\u010dini.
