Zatim je posu\u0161ite, posolite, prema\u017eite maslinovim ulje i zare\u017eite popre\u010dno na nekoliko mjesta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trbu\u0161nu \u0161upljinu nadjenite mje\u0161avinom sitno nasjeckanog per\u0161ina i jednog zdrobljenog \u010de\u0161njaka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oradu stavite u nauljenu posudu za pe\u010denje, podlijte vinom i pecite u pe\u0107nici na 200 C od 30-40 min. Povremeno podlijevajte vodom, te pred kraj pe\u010denja prelijte umakom od ulja, nasjeckanog \u010de\u0161njaka i per\u0161ina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslu\u017eite s kuhanim krumpirom narezanim na plo\u0161ke i kuhanom blitvom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo pe\u0107i oradu u pe\u0107nici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Orada se u pe\u0107nici pe\u010de 30 do 40 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010denje ovisi o veli\u010dini orade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na kojoj temperaturi pe\u0107i oradu u pe\u0107nici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Orada se u pe\u0107nici pe\u010de na 200 stupnjeva Celzija. Pe\u0107nicu treba zagrijati prije nego se pleh s oradom stavi u pe\u0107nicu, te tek kada je pe\u0107nica zagrijana na 200 stupnjeva Celzija pleh s ribom ide u pe\u0107nicu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj recept je za \u010ditavu oradu. Iako se orada mo\u017ee filetirati, jednostavna je za pripremu \u010ditava, te se \u010de\u0161\u0107e priprema \u010ditava, upravo jer se radi o jednostavnoj i brzoj pripremi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orada se mo\u017ee kupiti smrznuta, svje\u017ea, filetirana&#8230; Orada mo\u017ee biti iz ulovljena ili iz uzgoja. Uglavnom je cijena ulovljene orade ve\u0107a nego one iz uzgoja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orada u pe\u0107nici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Orada u pe\u0107nici je jednostavno jelo, nakon pripreme, stavite je u pe\u0107nicu i nemate vi\u0161e nikakvog posla s njom. Ovo je mo\u017eda najjednostavniji na\u010din pripreme orade, a istovremeno ukusan i dobijete sve prednosti i okuse orade na stolu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema orade za pe\u010denje je ne\u0161to zahtjevnija ako trebate o\u010distiti ribu, na za sve koji s tim imaju problema danas se mogu kupiti i o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene ribe, \u0161to dodatno skra\u0107uje vrijeme pripreme. Bez obzira da li uz nju poslu\u017eili samo salatu, pekli samu a odvojeno povr\u0107e ili stavili u pe\u0107nicu i ribu i povr\u0107e, recept je jednostavan, s oradom se ne mo\u017ee puno pogrije\u0161iti, te nema izgovora za one koji misle da je priprema ribe komplicirana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orada je riba bogata nemasnim i mekim mesom, ima blagi okus, stoga je dobar izbor ima za po\u010detnike i one koji nisu naviknuti pripremati ribu, ali i za sve ljubitelje ribe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S \u010dim poslu\u017eiti oradu pe\u010denu u pe\u0107nici<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oradu pe\u010denu po ovom receptu mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti s krumpirom pe\u010denim na plo\u0161ke. Krumpir se mo\u017ee dodati u pleh i pe\u0107i skupa sa oradom, a mo\u017ee se ispe\u0107i i odvojeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krumpir, mrkva i luk su uobi\u010dajena mje\u0161avina za ribu u pe\u0107nici i mo\u017ee se dodati uz oradu. U tom slu\u010daju pratite vrijeme, ono mo\u017ee biti i malo du\u017ee od 40 minuta budu\u0107i da je vi\u0161e svega u pe\u0107nici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orada se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti s krumpirom i \u0161pinatom na dalmatinski (skuhani krumpir i \u0161pinat, zgnje\u010deni, dodaje se \u010de\u0161njak i maslinovo ulje). S oradom se u pe\u0107nicu mogu staviti i raj\u010dice, one se op\u0107enito dobro sla\u017eu s oradom, ali u tom slu\u010daju \u0107e biti vi\u0161e teku\u0107ine u plehu, jer \u0107e raj\u010dice pustiti vodu.
