Na ulju popr\u017eimo gljive i \u010de\u0161njak 10 min. Dodamo raj\u010dicu, posolimo i malo prokuhamo. Odmaknemo s vatre i za\u010dinimo paprikom i per\u0161inom. Pripremljeno tijesto razvaljamo na pribli\u017eno 1\/2 cm debelu plohu te je stavimo u pouljen lim za pe\u010denje. Oblo\u017eimo nadjevom od gljiva i sirom. Za\u010dinimo origanom. Pokapamo s ostatkom ulja i pe\u010demo 25-30 min u vru\u0107oj pe\u0107nici na temperaturi od 200-210 C.
