\u017eli\u010dnjacima<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ribu o\u010distite, operite, po potrebi nare\u017eite. U dublju posudu stavite 1 litar vode, dodajte o\u010di\u0161\u0107enu ribu, papar u zrnu i sol. Kuhajte bez poklopca na umjerenoj temp. oko 30 min. Zatim temeljac procijedite, a ribu o\u010distite od ko\u017eice i kostiju. Na maslinovom ulju popr\u017eite sitno nasjeckani luk, dodajte mrkvu i celer narezan na pruti\u0107e, kratko popr\u017eite i zalijte ribljim temeljcem. Zatim dodajte zgnje\u010deni \u010de\u0161njak i per\u0161in i kuhajte dok povr\u0107e ne omek\u0161a. Dodati rezance i pustiti da kuha jo\u0161 3-5 minuta.
