Pustite neka se maslac rastopi ili ulje relativno dobro zagrije prije nego dodate povr\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temperaturu ulja mo\u017eete provjeriti tako da postavite dlan na desetak centimetara iznad dna posude, ako mo\u017eete osjetiti toplinu ulje je vjerojatno dovoljno zagrijano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to su vam manji komadi\u0107i povr\u0107a to \u0107e se ono ravnomjernije pirjati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U prosjeku je na pirjanje dovoljno odvojiti tri do deset minuta kod ve\u0107ine recepata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du\u017eina pirjanja \u0107e ovisiti o vrti povr\u0107a, odnosno udjelu \u0161e\u0107era u pojedinom povr\u0107u, kao i to ho\u0107ete li poklopiti povr\u0107e prilikom pirjanja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kako pirjati hranu?!
