Kola\u010d se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti odmah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brzi kola\u010d s kokosom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prednost ovog kola\u010da s kokosom je bogati okus, jednostavna priprema, te \u0161to se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti odmah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema kola\u010da je prili\u010dno jednostavna, budu\u0107i da se sastojci pomije\u0161aju u jednoj zdjeli i mute mikserom, te iako se ostali dodaju kasnije nije potrebno odvajati bjelanjak i \u017eumanjak, nego se sve skupa muti, niti je potrebna druga zdjela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kola\u010d se pe\u010de oko 20 minuta, no, najbolje je pri kraju pe\u010denja provjeriti \u010da\u010dkalicom da li kola\u010d gotov. Budu\u0107i da ovisno o veli\u010dini pleha ili kalupa, kola\u010d mo\u017ee biti deblji ili tanji, odnosno pe\u0107i se br\u017ee ili sporije, a to \u0107e ovisiti i o ja\u010dini pe\u0107nice. Stoga pred kraj pe\u010denja, ako vam kola\u010d izgleda pe\u010deno, izvadite i probodite \u010da\u010dkalicom do dna. Kada izvadite \u010da\u010dkalicu iz kola\u010da ona bi trebala biti suha. Ako na njoj ima tragova tijesta to zna\u010di da tijesto unutra jo\u0161 nije dobro pe\u010deno te ga vratiti u pe\u0107nicu jo\u0161 malo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brzi kola\u010d s kokosom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kola\u010d mo\u017eete pe\u0107i u okruglom ili kockastom plehu, te ako stavite u okrugli kalup manji od 24 cm on \u0107e biti ne\u0161to vi\u0161i, dok \u0107e u ve\u0107im promjerima biti standardne veli\u010dine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste kola\u010d pravili u ve\u0107em kalupu i kada je tanji mo\u017eete ga rezati na kocke, a ako ste u okruglom kalupu i ako je vi\u0161i tada mo\u017eete rezati kao tortu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S glazurom ne trebate puno \u010dekati, mo\u017eete je napraviti dok je kola\u010d pri kraju i preliti preko vru\u0107eg kola\u010da, dok ste izvadili kola\u010d iz pe\u0107nice. Ako niste stigli mo\u017eete kada izvadite kola\u010d krenuti s pripremom glazure. U su\u0161tini je glavna razlika da \u0161to prije krenete s pravljenjem glazure bit \u0107ete br\u017ee gotovi, te ako dok izvadite kola\u010d prelijete ga glazurom, odmah te gotovi. Druga je razlika da \u0161to na topliji kola\u010d prelijete glazuru to \u0107e se ona vi\u0161e upiti prema tijestu i omek\u0161ati tijesto, dok \u0107e kako se kola\u010d hladi, kada ga prelijete glazurom manje se upijati i vi\u0161e glazure \u0107e ostati na povr\u0161ini. U tom \u0107e slu\u010daju \u010dokoladna glazura biti nijansu deblja i vi\u0161e \u0107e se osjetiti upravo \u010dokoladna glazura. Obe varijante su dobre, radi se o nijansama, netko vi\u0161e voli jedno netko drugo. No, najbolje da to prilagodite trenutku i koliko imate vremena kada pravite kola\u010d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da je sve manje kola\u010da u koje ide kokos ovo je zanimljiv na\u010din da se kokosom upotpuni aroma i promijeni okus od standardnih biskvita. Ovaj kola\u010d je odli\u010dan izbor za one koji vole suhe kola\u010de i koji vole kokos. \u010cupavci recimo kokos imaju samo izvana, dok je ovaj kola\u010d ne\u0161to druga\u010dijeg okusa jer je kokos u samom biskvitu, no donekle je sli\u010dan.
