S obzirom da se jabuke u na\u0161im krajevima tradicionalno uzgajaju, tra\u017eeni su na\u010dini kako iskoristiti jabuke. Jabuke se mogu koristiti za savija\u010de i pite, ali su \u010deste i u varijantama kremastih kola\u010da. Svi kola\u010di s jabukama se mogu prilago\u0111avati i mijenjati, odnosno postoje u brojnim sli\u010dnim verzijama, budu\u0107i da su se kroz vrijeme prilago\u0111avali razli\u010ditim \u017eeljama. Uglavnom \u0107e se zelenije, odnosno manje zrele jabuke sporije dinstati od jako zrelih jabuka. Mije\u0161ajte jabuke skoro cijelo vrijeme, a one \u0107e pomalo postajati sve \u017eu\u0107e.
