Dr\u017eati ga na toplom mjestu u poklopljenoj posudi 3 dana, povremeno promije\u0161ati. \u0160ipak se ostavi da odstoji kako bi omek\u0161ao ili stavi zamrziva\u010d i smrzavanje ubrza taj proces. To \u0107e biti vrlo gusta masa od mljevenih \u0161ipaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"11\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/recepti-Marmelada-od-sipka.png\" alt=\"Marmelada od \u0161ipka\" class=\"wp-image-31791\" title=\"Recepti Marmelada od \u0161ipka\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mljeveni \u0161ipak vratiti u vodu, teku\u0107inu koja je ostala od kuhanja \u0161ipka. Dobro promije\u0161ati dodat jo\u0161 koju litru vode (vi\u0161e od 5 litara vrele vode), vidjet \u0107ete koliko treba da dobijete homogenu, gustu, ali ne pregustu masu kako bi se moglo cijediti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobro promije\u0161at i po\u010det <strong>pasirat <\/strong><strong>k<\/strong><strong>roz pasirku ili sito<\/strong>. Na taj na\u010din se odvaja otpad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponovo <strong>procijedit kroz sito ili kroz vre<\/strong><strong>\u0107<\/strong><strong>ice koje <\/strong><strong>se<\/strong><strong> naprav<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong> (od platna kao nove guste zavjese ili kao dje\u010dja gaza). Na taj na\u010din \u0107ete dobiti fino cjedilo koje \u0107e pustiti samo sitne komade, kako bi dobili pravu jednoli\u010dnu masu za marmeladu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odvajati otpad i <strong>pono<\/strong><strong>v<\/strong><strong>o <\/strong><strong>c<\/strong><strong>ijedit kroz <\/strong><strong>g<\/strong><strong>usto sito<\/strong> ili neki sitni materijal od kojeg ste napravili vre\u0107ice za cije\u0111enje. Ovdje mogu poslu\u017eiti i nove najlon \u010darape (tako se prije koristilo, a i da dobijete dojam koliko sitno treba cijediti). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"11\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/recepti-Marmelada-od-sipka.png\" alt=\"Marmelada od \u0161ipka\" class=\"wp-image-31791\" title=\"Recepti Marmelada od \u0161ipka\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad se procijedi <strong>stavit ponovno kuhat i neprekidno mije\u0161ati<\/strong> najmanje <em>4 sata t<\/em>o ovisi o gusto\u0107i smjese od cije\u0111enja \u0161ipka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"11\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/recepti-Marmelada-od-sipka.png\" alt=\"Marmelada od \u0161ipka\" class=\"wp-image-31791\" title=\"Recepti Marmelada od \u0161ipka\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nakon dva i pol do 3 sata kuhanja<\/strong> dodati \u0161e\u0107er i kuhati do \u017eeljene gusto\u0107e. Nemojte dodati sav \u0161e\u0107er odmah, ostavite malo, kad se sjedini probajte pa \u0107ete vidjeti da li je dovoljno slatko. Potom dodajte ostatak \u0161e\u0107era. Ako nije dovoljno slatko, dodajte jo\u0161 \u0161e\u0107era (to \u0107e ovisiti i o zrelosti \u0161ipaka).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvadite malo u \u017elici marmelade od \u0161ipka koja se jo\u0161 kuha na tanjur, te pustiti par minuta da se ohladi, kako biste vidjeli da li je dovoljno slatko i da li se dovoljno zgusne kako se hladi. Kao \u0161to \u0107ete vidjeti na slici ispod (na tanjuru), marmelada se mora razdvajati i ostati razdvojena kada kroz nju pro\u0111ete \u017elicom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripremit tegle, zagrijati ih u pe\u0107nici i <strong>u vrele <\/strong><strong>tegle<\/strong><strong> sipati, <\/strong><strong>d<\/strong><strong>o vrha <\/strong><strong>tegle<\/strong>, vrelu smjesu marmelade od \u0161ipka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O<\/strong><strong>dma<\/strong><strong>h<\/strong><strong> zatvarati i okretati na poklopce<\/strong> da se tako hladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sutradan kad se ohladi normalno tegle galone spremiti na hladno i tamno mjesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rezultat<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17,5 kg marmelade od \u0161ipaka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>33 manje tegle i 9
