Dodamo dignuti kvasac i dobro istu\u010demo kuha\u010dom, a zatim rukama umijesimo glatko tijesto koje se odvaja od stijenki zdjele. Stavimo ga na toplo mjesto da se di\u017ee. Kada se gotovo udvostru\u010di, mijesimo ga i napravimo od njega pletenicu ili \u00ab\u0161trucu\u00bb, stavimo u lim za pe\u010denje i ostavimo da se odmara 1 sat.
