Sve zajedno prepr\u017eite, dodajte za\u010dine, posipajte bra\u0161nom i ponovno prepr\u017eite. Umije\u0161ajte pire od raj\u010dice i zalijte vodom. Posolite i pokriveno pirjajte. Na kraju dolijte malo vina. Za to vrijeme skuhajte \u0161pagete paze\u0107i da ne budu premekani. Isperite ih i ocijedite pa ih razdijelite na obroke, prelijte umakom i na svaki dodajte komadi\u0107 maslaca. No budu\u0107i da mi sjeckanje luka ide presporo, kao i svega povr\u0107a, a zatim ribanje, \u010de\u0161\u0107e operem i ogulim sve povr\u0107e za umak, stavim u sjeckalicu, usitnim, te stavim sve skupa pirjati. Mo\u017eda \u0107ete primijetiti malu nijansu u teksturi ili boji umaka, ali napravite li sjeckano umjesto ribano povr\u0107e, okus ne\u0107e trpjeti, dapa\u010de. Nastaviti sve skupa pirjati dok meso ne dobije finu sme\u0111u boju. Za to \u0107e vam trebati najmanje pola sata, uz konstantno mije\u0161anje. Mo\u017eete u vodu dodati i \u017elicu ulja kako bi se \u0161pageti manje lijepili, ali ne morate. Trik da vam voda \u0161to br\u017ee proklju\u010da je da sol dodate tek nakon \u0161to je voda proklju\u010dala. Procijedite \u0161pagete, stavite ih pod hladnu vodu, a zatim poslu\u017eite. Bolonjez je recept koji se priprema prema specifi\u010dnim pravilima i posebnim sastojcima, pa iako je vrlo sli\u010dan ovome, to zapravo nisu dva identi\u010dna recepta. Zbog toga je ukoliko niste sigurni da se radi o pravom bolonjez receptu bolje prilikom serviranja re\u0107i da se radi o \u0161pagetima s mljevenim mesom, nego bolonjez \u0161pagetima, jer tada ostavljate puno vi\u0161e prostora za improvizaciju i prilagodbu recepta vlastitim preferencijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to je zapravo bolonjez umak?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To je umak pripremljen od mljevene junetine, s lukom, raj\u010dicom i za\u010dinima, te se servira s tjesteninom, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e s \u0161pagetima ili se pripremaju <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=6017\">lazanje bolonjez<\/a>. Porijeklo vu\u010de iz talijanskih tradicionalnog jela koje se pripremalo u Bologni.
