Umije\u0161ajte papriku, usitnjeni luk i pirjane pa propasirane raj\u010dice. Prelijte juhom, zakiselite, posolite i prokuhajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gove\u0111i gula\u0161<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula\u0161 je tradicionalno jelo koje se priprema u raznim krajevima, te postoje brojne varijante gula\u0161a. One se razlikuju prema vrsti mesa koje se koristi kao i po sastojcima. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se radi o nagla\u0161avanju nekog sastojka koji malo preuzme okus. Tako da je meni odli\u010dan izbor kada se \u017eeli unaprijed pripremiti obrok. Ako ga pripremam za goste tada ga mogu pripremiti dan ranije i sutradan dodati prilog, a imam vremena i za druga jela, te ukupan ru\u010dak mo\u017ee biti bogatiji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada gula\u0161 kuham samo za svoju obitelj, uglavnom ga poslu\u017eujem taj dan kada ga kuham, a \u010desto i sutradan uz druga\u010diji prilog. Ako sam napravila vi\u0161e od toga, tada gula\u0161 spremim u zamrziva\u010d, tako da imam pri ruci neko gotovo kuhano jelo, koje mogu iskoristiti kada nemam vremena kuhati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gove\u0111i gula\u0161 je po mnogima bolji kada se pripremi dan ranije, nego taj dan kada je kuhan, te nema razloga da se ta prednost ovog jela ne iskoristi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S \u010dim poslu\u017eiti gove\u0111i gula\u0161?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gove\u0111i gula\u0161 ima bogat umak, za brze obroke kada ve\u0107 imam gotov gove\u0111i gula\u0161 od ranije, mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti samo sa salatom i doma\u0107im kruhom ili doma\u0107im pecivom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite bogatiji ru\u010dak, tada uz gove\u0111i gula\u0161 dobro ide ri\u017ea, krumpir, posebno pire krumpir, ali i op\u0107enito kuhani krumpir, okruglice od kruha, njoki, palenta&#8230; \u010cak i kada je gula\u0161 ve\u0107 gotov, dan ranije  napravljen ili iz zamrziva\u010da, dok se on zagrije, brzo mogu pripremiti njoke ili palentu koji odli\u010dno idu uz gove\u0111i gula\u0161, a jednostavni su za pripremu <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje meso koristiti za gove\u0111i gula\u0161?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za gula\u0161 je bitno meso.
