Zobene pahuljice namo\u010dite u vodi 10 minuta pa ih ocijedite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ugrijanom margarinu prepr\u017eite nasjeckani luk dok ne porumeni, dodajte blitvu, zobene pahuljice, nasjeckani \u010de\u0161njak, sol i papar. Sve dobro promije\u0161ajte i maknite sa \u0161tednjaka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada u smjesu umije\u0161ajte jaje, pomo\u0107u kru\u0161nih mrvica oblikujte pope\u010dke i ispr\u017eite ih na vru\u0107em ulju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo jelo poslu\u017eite s kiselim mlijekom, jogurtom ili nekim umakom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pope\u010dci od blitve i zobenih pahuljica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je odli\u010dan na\u010din da se brzo pripremi ne\u0161to \u0161to j dobrih sastojaka. Mo\u017ee biti dopuna ru\u010dku, me\u0111uobrok&#8230; Dva su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a razloga kada pripremam ovo jelo, kada mi se \u017euri, a ipak \u017eelim ne\u0161to kvalitetnije pojesti, tada \u010desto koristim blitvu ali \u0161pinat jer je brz (kupim o\u010di\u0161\u0107eni baby \u0161pinat). Drugi razlog je kada je djeci trebalo pakirati zeleno povr\u0107e u okuse koji su im poznatiji i koji su im dra\u017ei umjesto klasi\u010dnih recepata sa blitvom. Na ovaj na\u010din dobijem jelo koje djeca doslovno mogu uzeti u ruku i jesi poput peciva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodatno, ovo je dobar izbor kada imam goste, te \u017eelim vi\u0161e razli\u010ditih jela na stolu jer ne znam da li svi vole ono \u0161to sam pripremila, stol djeluje bogatiji, a i dalje sam pripremila ne\u0161to sa zdravijim namirnicama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to koristiti umjesto blitve u ovom receptu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ne volite blitvu ili nemate blitve, ovaj recept se mo\u017ee iskoristiti i na druge na\u010dine. Umjesto blitve se po istom receptu mo\u017ee pripremiti i pope\u010dke od \u0161pinata ili ra\u0161tike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S \u010dim poslu\u017eiti pope\u010dke od blitve i zobenih pahuljica?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pope\u010dci od blitve i zobenih pahuljica dobro se sla\u017eu s mlije\u010dnim umacima, jogurtom, kiselim vrhnjem, ali i s raznim drugim umacima. Ja ih poslu\u017eim uz meso, ribu, sli\u010dno kao \u0161to bi poslu\u017eila pomfrit ili neke druge pope\u010dke, ali mogu se poslu\u017eiti i umjesto peciva, odnosno kao dopuna pecivima za bogatiji stol. Njihova prednost je \u0161to idu i sa pr\u017eenim ili kuhanim mesom, bez umaka, ali i uz gula\u0161e ili meso s umakom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mogu li koristiti suhe zobene pahuljice u receptu?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zobene pahuljice se ne moraju kuhati, no one su suhe i ako se ne namo\u010de te\u017ee se oblikuju pope\u010dci i lak\u0161e se raspadaju. Kada su zobene pahuljice namo\u010dene one nabubre, postaju meke i ka\u0161aste, a onda ih je puno lak\u0161e koristiti u ovakvim receptima, lak\u0161e se pove\u017eu s ostalim sastojcima u ovom receptu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mogu se koristiti i sitne i krupne zobene pahuljice, sitne ne\u0161to br\u017ee postanu ka\u0161aste, ali je razlika vrlo mala i u ovom receptu ne igra zna\u010dajnu ulogu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trebam li koristiti sve sastojke iz recepta?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne. Ako na primjer neko od va\u0161ih ne voli luk, mo\u017eete ga presko\u010diti. Sli\u010dno je i \u010de\u0161njakom. Blitva se mo\u017ee zamijeniti sa ra\u0161tikom ili \u0161pinatom, no, jaje i zobene pahuljice ne bi trebalo preskakati budu\u0107i da se radi o sastojcima koji poma\u017eu da se sve skupa pove\u017ee i da djeluje kao homogena smjesa. Manje promjene u receptu su mogu\u0107e, no, ovo su sastojci koji \u010dine okosnicu recepta i poma\u017eu da jelo izgleda onako kako bi trebalo izgledati, te njih ne bi trebalo presko\u010diti.
