Tucite ih kamenom da omek\u0161aju, a zatim ih operite. Stavite ih u kerami\u010dku posudu, posolite i dodajte papri\u010dicu, per\u0161in, raj\u010dice i ulje. Posudu ve\u017eite pergamentom i poklopite. Ovako pripremljene hobotnice kuhajte na laganoj vatri u vlastitom soku i pari oko 3 sata. Nakon tog vremena maknite s vatre i pustite hobotnice da odstoje pola sata. Maknite pergament i iznesite na stol u istoj posudi. Poslu\u017eite s kri\u0161kama limuna.
