Izvadite meso iz repa, \u0161tipaljki i trupa, nare\u017eite ga na sitnije komade i prepr\u017eite na maslacu. Ulijte konjak i kuhajte dok ne uvri napola. Umije\u0161ajte pire od raj\u010dica i be\u0161amel, posolite, popaprite i dodajte kajenski papar. Sve promije\u0161ajte i ostavite na laganoj vatri deset minuta. Pire od krumpira istisinite po rubu vatrostalne zdjele u kojoj \u0107e se poslu\u017eiti jelo.
