Dodajte o\u010di\u0161\u0107enu ri\u017eu, dobro promije\u0161ajte i posolite. Dolijte toliko vode koliko je bilo ri\u017ee. Pri\u010dekajte da voda zakipi, a zatim pirjajte. Kad ri\u017ea upije vodu, dolijte vino i pirjajte dok ri\u017ea ne omek\u0161a. U blago zakiseljenoj vodi posebno skuhajte ribe. Kuhajte ih u kipu\u0107oj vodi 20 minuta. Pri\u010dekajte da se ribe ohlade pa im odstranite kosti, a meso pomije\u0161ajte s ri\u017eom.
