ispirjajte raj\u010dice, zgnje\u010deni \u010de\u0161njak, lovorov list i maj\u010dinu du\u0161icu. U mnogim receptima se koriste neki za\u010dini, dok ih je ovdje vi\u0161e. Veli\u010dina  orade varira, \u010desto su 500 do 700 grama, no ni one od preko jednog kilograma nisu rijetke. Cijena orade iako ovisi i o drugim \u010dimbenicima, \u010desto je vi\u0161a kod ribe iz ulova od onog iz uzgoja. Orada je bogata nemasnim bijelim mesom, nemasnim proteinima, ukusna, ima svoju aromu, ali istovremeno je prili\u010dno neutralna. Odli\u010dan je izbor i za ljubitelje ribe, kao i za one koji se tek odlu\u010duju po\u010deti pripremati ribu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ci\u0161\u0107enje orade mo\u017ee biti ne\u0161to zahtjevniji proces onima koji nisu naviknuti na to, ali u tom slu\u010daju mo\u017eete tra\u017eiti o\u010di\u0161\u0107enu ribu ili da vam na tr\u017enici odmah i o\u010diste ribu budu\u0107i da se danas na mnogim mjestima nudi odmah i ta usluga. Na taj na\u010din \u0107e ukupna priprema ovog recepta ali i bilo kojeg drugog s oradom biti jednostavnija. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mogu li se koristiti filete orade za ovaj recept?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovom receptu se umjesto \u010ditave orade mogu koristiti i fileti orade, \u0161to \u0107e dati druga\u010diji dojam jelu, te \u0107e malo vi\u0161e sli\u010diti raguu. Bit \u0107e odli\u010dna orada s umakom. To su okusom dva ista jela, ali dojam odnosno izgled je zna\u010dajno razli\u010diti. Oba su dobra i imaju svoje prednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, tada \u0107e vrijeme pirjanja biti ne\u0161to kra\u0107e, ovisno o debljini fileta.
