Ono o \u010demu treba voditi ra\u010duna je da \u0107e priprema ovog jela zahtijevati vremena koliko treba ostalom povr\u0107u da se bude gotovo, budu\u0107i da je poriluk sam prili\u010dno brzo gotov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jelo od jaja s porilukom i povr\u0107em<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po vrhu se mo\u017ee posuti parmezan kako bi gornji sloj dobio ne\u0161to druga\u010diju teksturu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito, ovo je jelo jednostavno, a o koli\u010dini povr\u0107a i veli\u010dini kalupa ili pleha koji koristite ovisi kako \u0107e izgledati, mo\u017ee biti dosta tanko poput omleta, dok ako se stavi u manju posudu mo\u017ee biti visoko i nekoliko centimetara. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo jelo mo\u017ee biti dobar me\u0111uobrok, ali i glavno jelo ili prilog. Ponekad je neobi\u010dno da prilog mo\u017ee biti ovako brzo gotov, pa \u010dak i cijeli obrok brzo gotov a da se radi o zdravim namirnicama, povr\u0107u i jajima. Uglavnom se br\u017ee pripremljeni obroci ve\u017eu uz neke nezdrave obroke. Poriluk je namirnica koja to mijenja. Poriluk se mo\u017ee jesi i kao salata, no, kada se kuha ili pe\u010de, on je prili\u010dno brzo gotov, te \u0107ete ve\u0107 za deset minuta imati gotov dinstani poriluk. Kada se kao u ovom jelu dodaju i druge zdrave namirnice, zaista je iznena\u0111enje da se mo\u017ee tako brzo imati gotov obrok. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako je recept s 5 jaja, ja ovo jelo \u010desto pravim s ve\u0107om koli\u010dinom jaja, jer je za vi\u0161e osoba, a ovisno o tome za koliko nas pravim obrok, ra\u010dunam i broj jaja. Uglavnom je dovoljno jedno do dva jaja po osobi, budu\u0107i da se radi i o dosta povr\u0107a. Na taj na\u010din lak\u0161e procijenim koliko trebam napraviti jela. Naravno koli\u010dina ovisi i o tome kada pripremam obrok, kao i o tome \u0161to pripremam uz ovo jelo. Meni je to \u010desto neki obrok kada smo svi do\u0161li ku\u0107i i trebamo neto brzo pojesti, a ne \u017eelim da to bude bilo \u0161to. Iako se mo\u017ee koristiti i kao prilog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja sam napravila jo\u0161 nekoliko varijanti ovog jela. Jedna od njih je i tart s porilukom. Ako ste ve\u0107 radili tijesto za tart, napraviti ga po tom receptu i napuniti s povr\u0107em i jajima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga opcija je da povr\u0107e dinstam i potom prebacim u okrugli kalup. U jaja dodam i bra\u0161na, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, malo mineralne vode, mlijeka, smjesa sli\u010dna pala\u010dinkama (recept: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=25936\">Osnovni recept za PALA\u010cINKE<\/a>) te prelijem povr\u0107em tom smjesom i stavim u pe\u0107nicu da se pe\u010de. Kada je gotovo i kada se ohladi, jelo re\u017eem kao tortu na \u0161nite i tako poslu\u017eujem. Nije zna\u010dajna razlika ali meni nekako ljep\u0161e i zanimljivije izgleda na tanjuru. I dalje se radi o brzom obroku, jednostavnom za pripremu, \u010dak je i okus vrlo sli\u010dan osnovnom receptu samo s jajima, no, zbog bra\u0161na sve se skupa \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e pove\u017ee, a onda se mo\u017ee i ljep\u0161e narezati i poslu\u017eiti na tanjuru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bez obzira koje povr\u0107e koristili uz poriluk, nare\u017eite ga na manje komade kako bi se brzo skuhalo, budu\u0107i da se sami poriluk brzo skuha. Ako nemate vremena, sve mo\u017eete pripremiti kao po receptu, ali da se koristi samo poriluk.
