Iako se razlikuje i u rezultatu i izvedbi, sli\u010dna je kombinaciji jaja i starog kruha. Na svaku plo\u0161ku pa\u017eljivo razbijemo po jedno jaje. Posolimo i pe\u010demo da se bjelanjci stvrdnu. <strong><br><br>Vrijeme pripremanja i pe\u010denja: <\/strong>5 &#8211; 10 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jaja na oko na plo\u0161kama kruha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaje na oko je popularna ideja za doru\u010dak. Kako se jo\u0161 mo\u017ee jaje ukomponirati u doru\u010dak potra\u017eite ovdje: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=29179\">Jaja za doru\u010dak, ideje, za\u0161to ujutro jesti jaja i s \u010dim kombinirati \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaja su brzo gotova, a mogu se kombinirati s brojnim namirnicama. S obzirom da je jaje na oko jedan od popularnih na\u010dina pripreme jaja, mo\u017ee se na\u0107i i u brojnim verzijama recepata. Ovaj recept uklju\u010duje kruh i sir, uz jaja. Iako postoje mjere u receptu, njega je lako raditi i bez mjera. Kruh staviti u tavu i na njega slo\u017eiti ribani sir ili \u0161nitu sira. Na to staviti jaje, posoliti, po \u017eelji dodati malo papra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tava se mo\u017ee poklopiti, ali i ne mora. Ako \u017eelite klasi\u010dan stil jaja na oko gdje \u017eumanjak nije skroz \u010dvrst mo\u017ee se pe\u0107i otklopljeno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je jaje ja\u010de pe\u010deno, tada se kruh mo\u017ee uzeti u ruku i jesti kao sendvi\u010d, dok \u0107e kod mek\u0161e pe\u010denih jaja prilikom rezanja, \u017eumanjak se razliti, po kruhu, a vjerojatno i po tanjuru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaje na oko mo\u017ee biti samo na kruhu, ali \u010desto se bjelanjak razlije preko rubova kruha. To ovisi o veli\u010dini \u0161nite kruha, kao i veli\u010dini jaja. Super je ako sve i bjelanjak i \u017eumanjak ostanu na kri\u0161ki kruha, ali nije problem ako se razlije, odnosno prelije preko rubova kruha. Na taj na\u010din se mijenja izgled, ali nije ni\u0161ta lo\u0161ije, netko \u010dak vi\u0161e voli takav princip, dok drugi vi\u0161e vole da se jaje zadr\u017ei na kruhu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poklopiti da se sve ravnomjerno ispe\u010de, odnosno da bjelanjak i \u017eumanjak budu jednako \u010dvrsti, a sir rastopi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz gotovo jelo mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti salama, kobasice te neka salata. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izme\u0111u sira i jaja ili na kruh se mo\u017ee dodati vlasac, \u0161pinat, raj\u010dice&#8230; Odnosno razno povr\u0107e koje se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti i kao salta, odnosno koje se jede svje\u017ee. S obzirom da se ovo sve skupa priprema odnosno pe\u010de manje od 10 minuta, a povr\u0107e ne ide niti direktno na tavu, ne mo\u017ee se koristiti povr\u0107e koje se treba dinstati ili pe\u0107i. No, povr\u0107e koje bi poslu\u017eili kao salatu pored, mo\u017ee biti dekorativno i dio jela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da ne volim da se baca kruh, a ne volim ni jesti kruh koji nije svje\u017e, uz pohani kruh (recept: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=12658\">Pohani stari kruh \u2013 Recepti<\/a>) i tostiranje kruha, ovo mi je najdra\u017ea opcija. Uz to, ako imam vi\u0161ka kruha mogu ga zalediti u narezanim \u0161nitama, te za ovakva jela ga vadim i imam za doru\u010dak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoje sli\u010dni recepti koji ne uklju\u010duju sri, a rade se na na\u010din da se dio kruha izdubi i da se u tu sredinu stavi jaje. Na taj na\u010din dobijemo sli\u010dno jelo, ali ne\u0161to druga\u010dijeg izgleda. U tom slu\u010daju se i kruh i jaje mogu posuti ribanim sirom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa sli\u010dnim sastojcima mogu se raditi razne varijante. Ako je kruh svje\u017e tada se mo\u017ee pe\u0107i jaje na oko, na kruh staviti sir, te vru\u0107e jaje na oko preko sira.
