Dodamo meso u komadu, popr\u017eimo ga i dodamo vode (toliko da meso bude pokriveno). Nakon jednosatnog laganog kuhanja umije\u0161amo krupno izrezano povr\u0107e i sve\u017eanj za\u010dina. Posolimo i kuhamo jo\u0161 oko \u010detvrt sata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ocijedimo juhu i dodamo joj posebno skuhane rezance te pospemo nasjeckanim per\u0161inom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso nare\u017eemo na plo\u0161ke i slo\u017eimo u komad mesa.
