<strong>ukratko<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dinstati luk, dodati i dinstati meso da se malo karmelizira. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodati i nasjeckano povr\u0107e. Sve dinstati 15-20 minuta. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Po potrebi dodati malo vode i sve za\u010dine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodati ri\u017eu i dinstati 3 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodati vodu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pred kraj dodati kisele krastavce i malo teku\u0107ine iz njih.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servirati posuto parmezanom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema detaljnije:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso nare\u017eemo na komade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krupno izrezan luk i \u010de\u0161njak popr\u017eimo na masti, dodamo meso i naglo ga popr\u017eimo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodamo nasjeckanu mrkvu i papriku, kasnije i nasjeckanu raj\u010dicu. Pirjamo da meso bude napola gotovo. To \u0107e ovisiti o komadima mesa, veli\u010dini i vrsti mesa, ali uglavnom 15-20 minuta na laganoj vatri. Ako postane suho, podlijemo s malo vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodamo za\u010dine, sol, papar, \u010de\u0161njak, lovor, per\u0161in, bosiljak&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodamo opran ri\u017eu, malo dinstamo sve skupa, dok ri\u017ea ne upije teku\u0107inu, ako nema teku\u0107ine dolijemo pola \u0161alice vode i pirjamo ri\u017eu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon nekih 5 minuta dodamo ostatak vode (ukupno treba dodati 3 puta vi\u0161e vode od ri\u017ee). Nastavimo kuhati na laganoj vatri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft\"><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Recepti89.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Recepti89.gif\" alt=\"Recepti \u0110uve\u010d s paprikom i raj\u010dicom\" title=\"Recepti \u0110uve\u010d s paprikom i raj\u010dicom\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>OPCIJA: Pred kraj dodamo nasjeckane kisele krastavce i malo teku\u0107ine iz kiselih krastavaca. Na taj na\u010din okus postaje malo druga\u010diji i bolji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od dodavanja ri\u017ee pirjamo i kuhamo 20-30 minuta, dok ri\u017ea ne bude skuhana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0110uve\u010d s mesom, paprikom i raj\u010dicom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110uve\u010d je jelo koje je bogato sastojcima, povr\u0107em, mesom, za\u010dinima, te ri\u017eom koja sve pove\u017ee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110uve\u010d po ovom receptu sadr\u017ei puno sastojaka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Povr\u0107e je kod mene osnova paprika i raj\u010dica, ali mo\u017ee se dodati bilo koje drugo povr\u0107e koje \u017eelite. Ja sam znala ubaciti ono \u0161to imam ostatke povr\u0107a u hladnjaku, no nekako mi se optimalnom pokazala kombinacija luk, raj\u010dica, paprika, mrkva i kiseli krastavci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mogu se dodati i mahune ili gra\u0161ak, no, radije razdvojim pa od gra\u0161ka radim rizi bizi s ri\u017eom drugom prilikom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa za\u010dinima je sli\u010dno kao s povr\u0107em, meni se ova kombinacija pokazala odli\u010dnom, ali mogu se dodati i drugi ili izbaciti neki. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da u \u0111uve\u010d ide vi\u0161e razli\u010ditih namirnica, on je prikladan za ipak konkretnije obroke ili za pripremu za nekoliko osoba, koliko god da smanjite koli\u010dinu te\u0161ko je napraviti manje. No, \u0111uve\u010d kada se radi od svje\u017eeg mesa mo\u017ee stajati dan dva u hladnjaku, te ga mo\u017eete ostaviti i za drugi dan ako ste ga napravili vi\u0161e. A \u0111uve\u010da je te\u0161ko napraviti manje, jer i kad se dodaje jedna mrkva, jedan luk, jedna paprika, na kraju se toga nakupi dosta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110uve\u010d je spoj brojnih okusa, povr\u0107a, za\u010dina, mesa&#8230; I upravo u tome je njegova \u010dar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vidjela sam recepte i jela u kojima se \u0111uve\u010d radi na druga\u010diji na\u010din, tako da se svi sastojci osim ri\u017ee kuhaju i dinstaju zajedno. A da se ri\u017ea skuha odvojeno. Meni takvi recepti ne odgovaraju, jer ri\u017ea ne upije okuse povr\u0107a.
