Sa svake strane 5 do 10 min. Dodamo vino i pirjamo jo\u0161 5-10 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dinite po \u017eelji i dekorirajte s per\u0161inom, \u010de\u0161njakom i limunom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pastrve, kao i op\u0107enito riba zahvalna je namirnica za pripremu brzih jela, ali samo ako ste kupili o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene ili ste ih unaprijed o\u010distili. Stoga ukoliko ste u \u017eurbi, a trebate samostalno \u010distiti ribu, tada se priprema pastrva nikako ne mo\u017ee ubrojiti u brza ili jednostavna jela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za najve\u0107e pastrve sasvim je dovoljno vrijeme kuhanja 10 do 15 minuta, ali ako velike pastrve prere\u017eete na pola vrijeme kuhanja skra\u0107ujete na desetak minuta. Naravno to\u010dno vrijeme ovisit \u0107e o veli\u010dini ribe. Kada pr\u017eite pastrvu u tavi, pr\u017eite 5 do 7 minuta sa svake strane. Vrijeme pr\u017eenja ovisit \u0107e o ja\u010dini vatre ili temperaturi. Najbr\u017ei na\u010din za pripremu pastrve je u unaprijed zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici, jer tada vrijeme pe\u010denja skra\u0107ujete na pola, te ne trebate prevrtati pastrve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uz \u0161to poslu\u017eiti pastrvu: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pastrva i zelene salate idealan su spoj. Obje su blage naravi, tako da se lijepo stapaju, pa ne\u0107ete do\u0107i u poziciju da je salata preuzela dominaciju nad glavnim jelom.
