Na toj masno\u0107i popr\u017eimo luk, mrkvu, nasjeckanu svinjetinu, malo limunove kore, papar i stu\u010deni \u010de\u0161njak. Na tu smjesu stavimo blan\u0161irane listove kelja, sve\u017eanj za\u010dinskog bilja i klin\u010di\u0107e. Zalijemo vodom i pokriveno pirjamo 15 min.
