class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Srnetinu, svinjetinu i slaninu sameljemo, dodamo sol, papar i popr\u017eeni luk, per\u0161inovo li\u0161\u0107e, strugani mu\u0161katni orah i \u0111umbir, jaje, mrvice i mlijeka prema potrebi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na slanini popr\u017eimo na rezance narezano korjenasto povr\u0107e i luk. Dodamo papriku, gljive i na kolute narezan krumpir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od mesa oblikujemo kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e, stavimo ih na povr\u0107e i zalijemo vru\u0107om juhom. Posudu poklopimo i jelo pirjamo dok sve namirnice ne omek\u0161aju. Kru\u0161\u010di\u0107e stavimo na tanjur, pospemo povr\u0107em i prelijemo umakom.<br><strong><br>Vrijeme pripremanja i pirjanja<\/strong>: 50 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Srne\u0107e okruglice u raguu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mljeveno meso srnetine i svinjetine pomije\u0161amo s drugim sastojcima i oblikujemo okruglice. Osim u ovom receptu, ovakve okruglice se mogu   koristiti i u drugim umacima, te na drugi na\u010din. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Srnetina pripremljena na ovaj na\u010din nije jelo u kojem \u0107e okus srnetine do\u0107i do punog izra\u017eaja, radi se o mije\u0161anom mljevenom mesu i ja\u010dim za\u010dinima poput \u0111umbira. Rezultat je bogat okus, poseban, neuobi\u010dajen, ali i svestran. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog svog oblika ove okruglice od srnetine djeluju rustikalno i ubrajaju se u tradicionalne na\u010dine kuhanja. S obzirom da se radi o srnetini, i da se dodaje \u0111umbir, ovo jelo djeluje istovremeno i zanimljivo. Zato ono djeluje kao adaptacija starinskih okruglica na moderan na\u010din, iako je i ovo stari recept, a ne moderna varijanta. No, kako se ve\u0107 godinama srnetina rje\u0111e priprema, tako je ovo jelo postalo ne\u0161to prili\u010dno druga\u010dije i \u0161to se o\u010dekuje u restoranima a ne na obiteljskom ru\u010dku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u010dim mo\u017eete dodatno naglasiti ovo jelo je izbor posu\u0111a, moderni tanjuri bit \u0107e kontrast starinskim okruglicama, te dati jedan moderni \u0161tih svemu. Prezentacija i serviranje su kod ovog jela bitni, te ovom odli\u010dnom jelu mogu naglasiti posebnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Srnetina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Srnetina meso spada u meso divlja\u010di, to je tamno meso s jakom aromom. Meso srne, kao i meso divlja\u010di se mo\u017ee pripremati na razne na\u010dine, pirjati, pripremati na ro\u0161tilju, u pe\u0107nici, kuhati i pe\u0107i&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radi se o posebnom mesu, koje se mo\u017ee slobodno ubrojiti u delicije, nije uobi\u010dajeno, a istovremeno je ukusno. Mo\u017ee biti odli\u010dan izbor za goste, obiteljski ru\u010dak i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koji su najbolji dijelovi srnetine za recepte?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ovaj recept je najbolji izbor but, no, mogu se koristiti i drugi dijelovi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito se koriste svi dijelovi, samo u razli\u010ditim receptima, te je kao kod drugih vrsta mesa bitno \u0161to pripremate i \u0161to vam treba za recept, a ne da postoji jedan komad mesa koji je najbolji u razli\u010ditim varijantama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito se nekim najboljim komadom mesa srnetine smatra file, za pirjanje srnetine je dobar izbor but i lopatica, za pe\u010denje i ro\u0161tilj rebarca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Srnetina se mo\u017ee ispe\u0107i i zalediti ili marinirati, pa onda pe\u0107i.
