Na rezance narezano povr\u0107e pospemo po mesu, lagano promije\u0161amo, dolijemo nekoliko \u017elica vru\u0107e vode ili juhe i pirjamo jo\u0161 1\/2-3\/4 sata. Prema ukusu dosolimo i popaprimo. Jelo mora biti gusto, ali s ne\u0161to umaka. Okus \u0107e biti jo\u0161 bolji dodamo li na kraju vrhnje. Tako mo\u017eemo pripremati i druge vrste mladog mesa.
