nare\u017eemo na kocke. Kruh mora biti star 1 dan i ne smije se drobiti. Prelijemo ga razmu\u0107enim jajima. Meso sitno nare\u017eemo, istu\u010demo \u010de\u0161njak. Za\u010dinsko bilje sitno sjeckamo (vlasac, per\u0161in, krasuljicu, mati\u010dnjak, celerov list itd.) Kisele krastavce isjeckamo i dobro ocijedimo. Sve zajedno lagano izmije\u0161amo, za\u010dinimo solju, paprom i curryem. S tim nadjevom napunimo prsa i dobro za\u0161ijemo otvor.<br \/>\nMeso popr\u017eimo u limu na ugrijanom ulju, dodamo debelo rezani luk i mrkvu. Pe\u010demo oko 1 1\/2 sat na 190 C. Pe\u010dena prsa izvadimo iz lima, u sok od pe\u010denja umije\u0161amo raj\u010dicu, dolijemo malo vode, prokuhamo i protisnemo. Umak poslu\u017eimo uz plo\u0161ke mesa u posebnoj posudi.
