Meso posolimo. U zdjeli u kojoj mo\u017eemo pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici prvo naglo popr\u017eimo janjetinu na vru\u0107em ulju, a zatim dolijemo vru\u0107e vode i prebacimo u pe\u0107nicu. Pe\u010demo 1 do 1 ,5 sat na 200 stupnjeva, zalijevaju\u0107i teku\u0107inom.
