Odreske ocijedimo i vru\u0107e poslu\u017eimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da biste lak\u0161e razmutili jaja mo\u017eete dodati 1-2 \u017elice vode i prstohvat soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vrijeme pripremanja i pr\u017eenja<\/strong>: 50 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pohanje na pari\u0161ki<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod pohanja na pari\u0161ki na\u010din za razliku od be\u010dkog ne koriste se kru\u0161ne mrvice. Prednost je \u0161to \u0107e kod ovakvog na\u010dina pohanja upiti se manje ulja, ali \u0107e odresci biti manje hrskavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Smjesa za pohanje na pari\u0161ki na\u010din<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Smjesa za pohanje pari\u0161kog odreska je ne\u0161to druga\u010dija od drugih pohanja. Umjesto da prvo uvaljate u bra\u0161no pa jaja, u nekim receptima se unaprijed pomije\u0161aju jaja i bra\u0161no, da se dobije glatka smjesa kao za pala\u010dinke, a zatim se meso uvalja u tu smjesu, te pr\u017ei na vru\u0107em ulju. Tako da osim teletine na pari\u0161ki na\u010din, mo\u017eete praviti piletinu na pari\u0161ki na\u010din,  puretinu na pari\u0161ki na\u010din i sve sli\u010dne varijacije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kakvu tavu koristiti za pr\u017eenje pari\u0161kog odreska<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pripremu, odnosno pr\u017eenje pari\u0161kih odrezaka mo\u017eete koristiti klasi\u010dnu tavu za pr\u017eenje, ali nemojte ih pr\u017eiti u dubokom ulju. Klasi\u010dna friteza nije pogodna za pr\u017eenje francuskih odrezaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koje ulje koristiti za pr\u017eenje pari\u0161kih odrezaka<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pari\u0161ki odresci se obi\u010dno pr\u017ee u klasi\u010dnom suncokretovom ulju, me\u0111utim dobra opcija je i svinjska mast. Pari\u0161ke odreske mo\u017eete pr\u017eiti i u kokosovom ulju ili na maslacu, ali o\u010dekujte malu promjenu u okusu, te na neki na\u010din slatkasti obrat u gotovom jelu. To vam se mo\u017ee svi\u0111ati osobno, ali ako pr\u017eite za goste bolje je ne eksperimentirati i pr\u017eiti na masti ili suncokretovom ulju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koliko dugo se pr\u017ee pari\u0161ki odresci<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tipaljkom za ro\u0161tilj ili uz pomo\u0107 vilice stavite pohane odreske u vrelo ulje. Pr\u017eite 3- 5 minuta s jedne strane, a zatim 3 do 5 minuta s druge strane. Po potrebi smanjite ili poja\u010dajte temperaturu kako biste dobili lijepu zlatno \u017eutu boju. Da biste dobili hrskave odreske vru\u0107e ulje je jako bitna stavka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje meso koristiti za pari\u0161ki odrezak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Teletina odnosno meso tele\u0107eg buta je prvi izbor. Brza priprema je i kada se \u0161nicle rade i od tele\u0107eg bifteka. Ako se bira za pari\u0161ki odrezak neki drugi dio teletine bitno je da se radi o finom nemasnom komadu, te je bitno probrati meso. Na sli\u010dan na\u010din kao pari\u0161ki odrezak mogu se pohati i druge vrste mesa, prvenstveno svinjetina i piletina, budu\u0107i da su one relativno brzo gotove. Kada se radi pari\u0161ki odrezak on se pr\u017ei kratko, ne mo\u017ee se pr\u017eiti meso kojem treba du\u017ee da bude gotovo, budu\u0107i da je bitno i kako se pr\u017ei smjesa za pohanje. Iz tog razloga je teletina koja je brzo gotova odli\u010dan izbor, piletina tako\u0111er mo\u017ee biti izbor, kao i neki komadi svinjetine poput bifteka ili svinjskog buta. Svinjski but je ipak ne\u0161to sporiji za pr\u017eenje, pa je u tom slu\u010daju bitno da su \u0161nicle jako tanke. Op\u0107enito bi \u0161nicle kod pripreme pari\u0161kog odreska trebale biti dosta tanke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pari\u0161ki odrezak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pari\u0161ki odresci ili pari\u0161ke \u0161nicle se rade s tankim mesom, brzo su gotove, a opet nisu jednostavne \u0161nicle, a uz meso se automatski dodaju i druge namirnice, obrok postaje bogatiji.
