Daje ti hrskavu ko\u017eicu, mekanu unutra\u0161njost i bogat prilog od povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cijelo pile (1.5\u20132 kg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u20133 \u017elice ulja (maslinovo ili suncokretovo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sol i papar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crvena paprika (slatka ili ljuta po \u017eelji)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010ce\u0161njak u prahu ili 3\u20134 zgnje\u010dena svje\u017ea \u010de\u0161nja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suhi za\u010dini po izboru: timijan, ru\u017emarin, origano, maj\u010dina du\u0161ica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 glavice luka (cijele, oguljene)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 mrkve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u20133 per\u0161ina (korijen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 komad celera (korijen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 krumpira (po \u017eelji)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u20132 dl vode ili temeljca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema pileta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pile dobro posu\u0161i papirnatim ubrusom, tako \u0107e ko\u017eica bolje hrskati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naulji ga izvana i iznutra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U zdjelici pomije\u0161aj sol, papar, crvenu papriku, \u010de\u0161njak i suhe za\u010dine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tom mje\u0161avinom obilno natrljaj pile sa svih strana, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i unutra\u0161njost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U unutra\u0161njost pileta stavi 1 cijelu glavicu luka. Smanji pe\u0107nicu na 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pecite oko 60 minuta, ovisno o veli\u010dini pileta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Izvadite iz pe\u010dnice, ako uspijete prevrnite pile, ali ne morate ako je glomazno. Dodajte krumpir i poredajte oko pileta na korjenasto povr\u0107e.
