Skuhaj tjesteninu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zakuhaj veliku koli\u010dinu vode, dodaj sol i ubaci tjesteninu. Kuhaj je prema uputama na pakiranju, ve\u0107ini tjestenine treba oko 8 do 10 minuta. Ocijedi je, ali ostavi malo vode od kuhanja jer \u0107e ti pomo\u0107i povezati umak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Pirjanje luka i priprema mesa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tavi zagrij maslinovo ulje i dodaj sitno sjeckani luk. Dinstaj 2\u20133 minute dok ne postane staklast. Zatim dodaj \u010de\u0161njak i kratko ga zapeci. Ubaci mljeveno meso i pr\u017ei ga dok ne promijeni boju i ne postane mrvljivo, otprilike 5\u20137 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Dodaj pasiranu raj\u010dicu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umije\u0161aj pasiranu raj\u010dicu, za\u010dini solju i paprom te dodaj \u017eli\u010dicu \u0161e\u0107era ako \u017eeli\u0161 bla\u017ei, manje kiseo umak. Po \u017eelji dodaj i malo mediterasnkog za\u010dinskog bilja. Pusti da se lagano kuha oko 10 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Spoji tjesteninu i umak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ugotovljenu tjesteninu mo\u017ee\u0161 izravno umije\u0161ati u umak ili preliti porciju umakom. Ako je umak pregust, dodaj \u017elicu\u2013dvije vode od kuhanja tjestenine kako bi se sve lijepo povezalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Poslu\u017ei i u\u017eivaj<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pospi ribanim parmezanom i poslu\u017ei dok je toplo.
