Meso posolimo, vre\u0107icu ravnomjerno napunimo nadjevom, sa\u0161ijemo ili probodemo iglom ili drvenim \u0161tapi\u0107ima, polijemo vru\u0107im uljem i pe\u010demo 1 \u00bd sat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nadjev:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u017demlje ili kruh nare\u017eemo na sitne kocke i navla\u017eimo mlijekom, Maslac ili margarin izmije\u0161amo sa \u017eumanjcima, dodamo nasjeckani vlasac ili per\u0161in, navla\u017eeni kruh, ribani parmezan i snijeg od bjelanjaka. Posolimo, lagano promije\u0161amo i nadjenemo.
