Odre\u017eite korijenje i tamnozelene dijelove, prepolovite du\u017einom i temeljito isperite da biste uklonili ako ima ne\u010disto\u0107a (mo\u017eete rezati i na koluti\u0107e). Pirjajte ih nje\u017eno u maslacu ili (maslinovom) ulju dok ne postanu vrlo mekani, ali ne sme\u0111i, otprilike 10-15 minuta. Ako po\u010dnu pristajati uz tavu, dodajte malo vode ili vina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadjev od jaja kombinira \u017eumanjke, cijela jaja, mlijeko i Gruy\u00e8re sir, stvaraju\u0107i bogati, kremasti &#8220;puding&#8221; koji savr\u0161eno komplimentira pirjanom poriluku. Mo\u017eete slagati ili kao redanu pitu u lisnatom ili kao gu\u017evaru u korama za pitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je slo\u017eeno u lisnatom tijestu (gotovo kupovno dobro funkcionira za u\u0161tedu vremena), pita se pe\u010de otprilike 30 do 40 minuta dok se ne stvrdne i ne postane zlatna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo svestrano jelo mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti toplo ili hladno, \u0161to ga \u010dini savr\u0161enim za zaposlene doma\u0107instva. Naime, mo\u017eete pripremiti sastojke unaprijed ili \u010dak napraviti cijelu pitu dan ranije, zagrijavaju\u0107i je kratko prije poslu\u017eivanja.
