Okvirno po osobi stavim 2 mrkve, 1 krumpir i 1 manju tikvicu ili pola ve\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 6 mrkvi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 3 krumpira<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 3 manje ili 2 ve\u0107e tikvice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Curry za\u010din (pola \u017eli\u010dice \u010dajne)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; sol, papar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; kurkuma (ako imate)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oguliti mrkvu i krumpir. Nasjeckati na manje komade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U dublji lonac staviti na dno malo ulja, zagrijati, te dodati nasjeckanu mrkvu i krumpir. Dodati sol, papar, pola \u017eli\u010dice currija. Mije\u0161ati da se povr\u0107e kratko dinsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok se mrkva i krumpir dinstaju, oguliti i narezati tikvice. Dodati u lonac i mije\u0161aju\u0107i jo\u0161 malo dinstati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada povr\u0107e poprimi lijepu boju dodati vode da bude iznad povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Mo\u017eete i mjeriti da stavite oko 300-400 ml vode po osobi.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poklopiti i kuhati bar pola sata, ovisno o komadima povr\u0107a, ako su ve\u0107i kuhat \u0107e se dulje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvaditi jedan komad mrkve i krumpira i provjeriti da li je skuhano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je sve meko, skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka i ujedna\u010diti blenderom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juha je spremna za poslu\u017eivanje.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Krem juha od tikvica, mrkve i krumpira s curry za\u010dinom Ova juha se mo\u017ee raditi s vi\u0161e ili manje sastojaka, te se mo\u017ee mijenjati koli\u010dina povr\u0107a.
