Staviti u dublju tavu ulje, kada se zagrije dodati slaninu i malo ispr\u017eiti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu oprati \u0161pinat, malo ga nasjeckati i dodati u tavu. Ja ga uglavnom dodam da popuni tavu, poklopiti i pustiti da se \u0161pinat par minuta dinsta. \u0160pinat \u0107e se brzo skupiti, malo promije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu dobro umutiti jaja, dodati malo soli (manje nego \u0161to bi ina\u010de jer je slanina ve\u0107 slana), kada su jaja fino pjenasto umu\u0107ena dodati mlijeko (2-3 \u017elice mlijeka).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izliti smjesu jaja i lijeka preko \u0161pinata i slanine.
