Lamington kocke su australski kola\u010d koji se radi od biskvita, re\u017ee na kocke, potom uma\u010de u rastopljenu \u010dokoladnu glazuru i na kraju u kokos. Glazura se za ovaj kola\u010d pravi od kakaa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je osnovna varijanta, a mogu\u0107e se u verzije punjene pekmezom, \u0161lagom&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biskvit treba biti dobro ohla\u0111en prije rezanja, kako bi zadr\u017eao pravilniji oblik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 ve\u0107a jaja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 grama bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pola pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50 grama \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u017elice mlijeka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u017elica maslaca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010cokoladna glazura sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>40 grama kakaa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 grama \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 pune \u017elica maslaca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>120 ml mlijeka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dodatno<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 grama kokosa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U zdjelu za mu\u0107enje staviti jaja i \u0161e\u0107er, te umutiti pjenasto velikom brzinom. Jaja trebaju biti pjenasta i \u010dvrsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otopiti maslac u mlijeku (najjednostavnije u mikrovalnoj). Smjesa treba biti malo topla ali nikako vru\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati u umu\u0107ena jaja dodati u njih bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo te smjesu mlijeka i maslaca. Lagano i kratko izmije\u0161ati da se sve sjedini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nauljiti kalup ili namazati dobro maslacem, posuti bra\u0161nom lagano da se smjesa ne bi lijepila za pleh, te izliti smjesu za biskvit u pleh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pleh staviti u pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i dok ne dobije lijepu zlatnu boju. Pe\u0107i oko 20 minuta. Izvaditi iz pe\u0107nice i ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je skoro hladan biskvit mo\u017eete krenuti s pripremom glazure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U manji lon\u010di\u0107 staviti kakao, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, maslac i mlijeko. Zagrijavati mije\u0161aju\u0107i dok se sve ne sjedini.
