Kada primijetite da se lagano koagulirao i gornji sloj, treba prevrnuti tavu. Ukoliko nemate tavu za omlet, poklopiti poklopcem. Kada gornji sloj prestane biti teku\u0107i uz pomo\u0107 \u0161patula prevrnuti i zape\u0107i i s donje strane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelimo dobiti omlet oblik polukruga tada preklopimo jednom polovicom omleta drugi dio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Omlet s chia sjemenkama<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chia sjemenke se unaprijed namo\u010de kako bi nabubrile, mo\u017eete ih ostaviti koliko imate vremena, ali dovoljno je nekih 5minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet se mo\u017ee raditi u tavi za omlete kako bi ga jednostavno okrenuli, ali i druge tave s neprijanjaju\u0107im dnom mogu poslu\u017eiti.
