Kada se maslac otopi dodavati griz dok ne nastane jednoli\u010dna smjesa. Kuhati par minuta mije\u0161aju\u0107i. Skinuti sa \u0161tednjaka, ohladiti. U ohla\u0111eno dodati jaja, sol, za\u010dine, izmije\u0161ati i ostaviti u hladnjak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodavati \u017elicom u juhu, ili rukom oblikovane kuglice dodavati u juhu. Kuhati oko 10 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recept za kukuruzne noklice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci: jaje, tri \u017elice ulja, pola \u017eli\u010dice soli, za\u010dini (papar, bosiljak, per\u0161in, \u010de\u0161njak), 2 \u017elice kukuruzne krupice ili palente. Sve ujedna\u010diti, ostaviti u hladnjaku pola sata, dodavati u juhu i kuhati oko 10 minuta u juhi. Potrebno je prilikom pripreme noklica dobiti gustu smjesu koja se mo\u017ee mije\u0161ati ali ne smije biti mekana i razlijevati se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi smanjili mogu\u0107nost raspadanja noklica odnosno okruglica, nakon \u0161to napravite smjesu, ostavite je da malo odstoji u hladnjaku kako bi se sastojci bolje povezali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhajte ih u vodi, juhi ili varivu koje ne klju\u010da previ\u0161e. Teku\u0107ina treba biti vru\u0107a, pomalo klju\u010dati, ali ako jako klju\u010da ve\u0107a je vjerojatnost da \u0107e se noklice raspasti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rade li se noklice s mlijekom ili bez?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako vam treba ve\u0107a koli\u010dina ili ve\u0107e noklice, mogu se raditi i s mlijekom. Ali se rade i bez mlijeka. Noklice bez mlijeka se oblikuju malom \u017eli\u010dicom i dodaju u juhu, a na kraju budu veli\u010dine normalne \u017elice.
