Pire od batata se najbr\u017ee pripremi od svih ovih pirea. U me\u0111uvremenu staviti u dublji lonac vodu sa \u017elicom ili \u017eli\u010dicom soli da prokuha (koli\u010dina soli ovisi o veli\u010dini lonca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati u klju\u010dalu vodu narezani i oguljeni batat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhati oko 15 minuta (Batat je brzo gotov, a provjerit mo\u017eete tako da ga probate prepoloviti vilicom, kada odmah pukne na dva dijela, zna\u010di da je batat kuhan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procijediti. Dodati mlijeko i maslac, te smjesu ujedna\u010diti blenderom. Ako \u017eelite da pire od batata dulje bude topao, odnosno nije ru\u010dak odmah, tada je bolje dodati toplo mlijeko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pire od batata &#8211; detaljnije<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pire od batata je jednostavan recept, a mo\u017ee se raditi o ovom, recimo osnovnom receptu za batat pire, ali i na druge na\u010dine. Pire od batat \u0107e tada imati ne\u0161to ja\u010di okus, ovisno o okusu maslinovog ulja, dok je s maslacem i mlijekom neutralnijeg okusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito pire od batata ima okus sli\u010dan pireu od krumpira, ali je ne\u0161to sla\u0111i.
