Vanilin ro\u0161\u010di\u0107i su tradicionalan kola\u010d koji se posebno \u010desto pravi za blagdane, te su brojne varijante i prilagodbe recepta. Vanilin ro\u0161\u010di\u0107i\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0161e\u0107er u prahu za posipanje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema vanilin ro\u0161\u010di\u0107a<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U duboku zdjelu stavite bra\u0161no, pa u sredini stisnite udubinu u koju stavite \u0161e\u0107er, 2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era, bjelanjak i omek\u0161ali maslac, pa umijesite \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e tijesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzimajte male komadi\u0107e pribli\u017eno jednake veli\u010dine&nbsp;i dlanovima oblikujte loptice, a zatim ih razvucite u valj\u010di\u0107e debljine olovke i duljine 5 cm, pa ih savijte u obliku potkove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Redajte ih u nama\u0161\u0107en lim, stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na re\u0161etku i na laganoj vatri pecite oko 15 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tanjuru izmije\u0161ajte \u0161e\u0107er s vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom, pa pe\u010dene tople ro\u0161\u010di\u0107e uvaljajte sa svih strana, a kad se ohlade, spremite ih u limenu kutiju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vanilin ro\u0161\u010di\u0107i BEZ jaja s ORASIMA (bademima ili lje\u0161njacima)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 grama bra\u0161na<br>1 prstohvat soli<br>230 grama maslaca<br>90 grama \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br>2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br>100 grama mljevenih oraha (badema ili oraha)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za posipanje:<\/strong><br>80 grama \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br>1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prirpema vanilin ro\u0161\u010di\u0107a sa orasima<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no, sol, maslac (narezan) \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i bademe. Sve sastojke dobro ujedna\u010diti, mo\u017ee se koristiti i mikser s lopaticama za tijesto, ili ru\u010dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako tijesto nije kompaktno, odnosno raspada se ili mrvi\u010dasto je, dodajte \u017elicu ili dvije mlijeka. Oblikujte lopticu od tijesta, neka bude stisnuto. Staviti tijesto u hladnjak oko sat vremena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvaditi i kao i u gornjem receptu odvajajte male komadi\u0107e tijesta, male kuglice koje dlanovima oblikujete u valjak, a potom ga savijete u oblik polumjeseca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Redati nama\u0161\u0107en pleh ili na pleh stavite papir za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107i 15 minuta na 180 stupnjeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvaditi i jo\u0161 tople kola\u010de uvaljati u \u0161e\u0107er u prahu pomije\u0161an s vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom, ili ako je jednostavnije mo\u017eete posuti kola\u010de u plehu \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za posipanje je najjednostavnije koristiti malo cjedilo, u njega se stavi \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, te se s njim mo\u017ee jednostavno a ravnomjerno posuti kiflice sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se kuflice dobro ohlade spremiti ih u hermeti\u010dki zatvorenu posudu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova smjesa je za oko 40 ro\u0161\u010di\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dodatni savjeti za vanilin ro\u0161\u010di\u0107e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept za vanilin ro\u0161\u010di\u0107i bez jaja je dobar izbor kada kola\u010di trebaju trajati nekoliko dana, pa i du\u017ee, \u0161to je posebno uobi\u010dajeno za blagdane, pa Vanilin ro\u0161\u010di\u0107i jesu pravi blagdanski kola\u010d. Kada su bez jaja oni mogu trajati i nekoliko tjedana, ali treba ih \u010duvati na hladnom i tamnom mjestu, te u dobro zatvorenoj posudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ohladiti tijesto kada se prave vanilin ro\u0161\u010di\u0107i<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada radite ro\u0161\u010di\u0107e, tijesto treba biti hladno, maslac mora biti \u010dvrste konzistencije unutra, tako \u0107ete lak\u0161e oblikovati ro\u0161\u010di\u0107e, a da se ne lijepe za ruku. Mo\u017eete ako vam je toplo u stanu izvaditi dio tijesta iz hladnjaka, a ostatak ostaviti odnosno vratiti u hladnjak, te kada zavr\u0161ite s dijelom tijesta vaditi novi dio.
