Su\u0161eni slanutak ima dugi vijek trajanja, vrlo je vrijedna namirnica zbog svog nutritivnog sastava. Potrebno je u veliku posudu s vodom staviti \u017eeljenu koli\u010dinu slanutka. Ostaviti tako tijekom no\u0107i 8 do 12 sati. Prije uporabe u receptima slanutak procijediti i oprati u teku\u0107oj vidi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kuhanje slanutka na \u0161tednjaku u loncu nakon namakanja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to ste procijedili i oprali slanutak, kuhat \u0107ete ga prema receptu. Obi\u010dno ga je potrebno kuhati jo\u0161 sat i pol do 2 sata, u mnogo vode u poklopljenom loncu. Ovisno o vrsti i kvaliteti slanutka. Jedini na\u010din da provjerite je li slanutak kuhan je da izvadite jedno zrno i probate da li je mekan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kuhanje slanutka u sporom kuhalu nakon namakanja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste prethodno namakali slanutak, potrebno ga je kuhati u sporom kuhalu prema receptu 4 ili 8 sati, ovisno o postavkama, na low ili high temperaturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kuhanje slanutka u ekspres loncu nakon namakanja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Slanutak koji ste namakali najbr\u017ee je skuhati u ekspres loncu. To \u0107ete napraviti tako da u lonac s hladnom vodom stavite slanutak. Pustite da proklju\u010da. Zatim isklju\u010dite lonac i ostavite slanutak u vodi sat vremena. Jedna \u0161alica kuhanog slanutka, okvirno je jedna porcija slanutka kada se servira u jelima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mo\u017ee li se slanutak nakon kuhanja smrznuti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste skuhali previ\u0161e slanutka mo\u017eete vi\u0161ak staviti u fri\u017eider i u njemu ga \u010duvati 2 do 3 dana, ili ga mo\u017eete zamrznuti i u zamrziva\u010du \u010duvati do tri mjeseca prije uporabe. Najva\u017enije je da odmah odlu\u010dite \u017eelite li ga smrznuti ili samo ostaviti u hladnjaku, jer kuhan slanutak mo\u017eete zamrzavati samo prvi dan.
