Dodajte mlako mlijeko i mijesite tijesto dok se na njemu ne po\u010dnu pojavljivati mjehuri\u0107i i dok se ne odvoji od stijenki posude. Dobro pokriveno dr\u017eite na toplom mjestu da se digne ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od dvostruke prvobitne koli\u010dine. Nakon toga uzimjate dio po dio tijesta i rukama razvucite na veli\u010dinu dlana. Pr\u017eite ih u dosta vru\u0107eg ulja s obje strane dok ne porumene.
