Na kraju dodajte mljevene orahe, pa snijeg istucite do kraja. U suhi lim stavite pergament papir, nama\u017eite ga masno\u0107om, pa \u017elicom ili \u0161trcaljkom napravite male poljupce (pusle). Odmah stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu i vi\u0161e su\u0161ite nego \u0161to i pe\u010dete na slaboj temperaturi oko 1 sat, da se snijeg posve stvrdne, ali pazite da ostanu bijeli. Vrata pe\u0107nice prilikom pe\u010denje treba malo otvoriti.
