Iako i ovo jelo ima brojne varijante, koje ovise o vrsti mesa koje se koristi, kao i o dodanom povr\u0107u, jelo je uvijek prili\u010dno jednostavno za pripremu, a budu\u0107i da se pe\u010de u Stavite u dublji pleh pile\u0107e batake ili zabatake. Dodajte 750 ml vode.<br>Dodajte oguljeno i nasjeckano povr\u0107e za juhu i pola \u017eli\u010dice soli ili \u017eli\u010dicu vegete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavite pleh u pe\u0107nicu i pecite piletinu 15 min na 250 stupnjeva. Poklopite ili prekrijete aluminijskom folijom i pecite jo\u0161 30 minuta. Piletina se zapravo u pe\u0107nici kuha, te se stvara temeljac koji ovom jelu daje dodatnu vrijednost na nutritivnoj kvaliteti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nakon ukupno 45 minuta<\/strong>, prevrnite meso, dodajte \u010da\u0161u oprane ri\u017ee. Ri\u017eu rasporedite o cijelom plehu i pomije\u0161ajte s temeljcem koji se stvorio. Nemojte ponovno poklapati.<strong> Kuhajte jo\u0161 sve skupa 15 do 30 <\/strong>minuta ovisno koliko je potrebno ri\u017ei da se skuha. Budu\u0107i da se radi s komadima mesa nema sjeckanja mesa, jedini posao je sjeckanje povr\u0107a. No, kada se to odradi, ne treba mije\u0161ati ri\u017eu, dovoljno je jednom okrenuti meso. Stoga je ovo jelo prakti\u010dno kada uz pripremu ru\u010dka trebate odraditi i neke druge stvari, budu\u0107i da ste slobodni dok se ri\u017ea s piletinom u pe\u0107nici pe\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de povr\u0107a, uglavnom koristim klasi\u010dno povr\u0107e za juhu, ali mo\u017ee se ne\u0161to presko\u010diti ili ne\u0161to dodati, ovisno o tome \u0161to imamo pri ruci. Ovo jelo se mo\u017ee napraviti i samo od ri\u017ee i mesa, no, ipak je bolje i ukusnije kada se doda i povr\u0107e, a mo\u017ee se iskoristiti bilo koje povr\u0107e koje imate u hladnjaku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dodatan efekt, kako bi ri\u017ea bila malo druga\u010dije boje, mo\u017ee se naribati mrkva (ako imate dodatno vremena) ili usitniti u sjeckalici. Ona se tada raskuha i vi\u0161e pove\u017ee s ri\u017eom, te cijela ri\u017ea vi\u0161e poprimi naran\u010dastu boju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da se jelo du\u017ee kuha, komadi mesa su ve\u0107i, u ovom slu\u010daju omjer vode i ri\u017ee bi trebao biti jedan prema \u010detiri. Iako je uobi\u010dajen odnos jedan prema tri, dio vode ispari i prije nego \u0161to se stavi ri\u017ea.
