Ostavite ga pokrivenog da malo odle\u017ei. Tada u dosta kipu\u0107e posoljene vode stavljajte ve\u0107e \u017eli\u010dnjake zagrabljene \u017elicom i kuhajte ih 5 minuta pokrivene, a onda otkrijte i kuhajte dokraja tj. Dok svi \u017eli\u010dnjaci ne isplivaju na povr\u0161inu vode. Kuhane \u017eli\u010dnjake pa\u017eljivo ocijedite i sla\u017eite u prikladnu nauljenu posudu. Svaki red prelijte zagrijanim uljem, pospite popr\u017eenim mrvicama i \u0161e\u0107erom i prelijte slatkim vrhnjem.
