Ovisno o tome koji i kakav kruh \u017eelim napraviti kombiniram razli\u010dite recepte koje donosim ispod. On uvijek uspijeva, ali treba za njega odvojiti ne\u0161to vremena. Ovaj recept se radi s kvascem. Mo\u017ee se raditi sa suhim kvascem ili sa svje\u017eim kvascem (onim u kocki). Kvasac se mo\u017ee kupiti u vre\u0107icama i to je dovoljno ako radite rijetko kruh, ali ako po\u010dnete praviti \u010de\u0161\u0107e kruh preporu\u010dujem da kupite malo ve\u0107e pakiranje, ono od 125 ili 250 grama jer je daleko isplativije. Ali ako ne pravite \u010desto kru, bit \u0107e dovoljan i kvasac u vre\u0107icama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je recept za jednostavni kruh jer u njega idu samo osnovni sastojci. Za kruh je potrebno pola kilograma bra\u0161na, mala \u017eli\u010dica soli i mala \u017eli\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era, 350 ml vode i jedna \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dica kvasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U zdjelu staviti bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er i sol, u sredini napraviti rupu i u nju dodati kvasac i malo tople vode. Ostaviti desetak minuta da se razvije kvasac. Sve skupa dobro promije\u0161ati, dodati ostatak vode i ujedna\u010diti. Ostaviti da se tijesto di\u017ee oko sat i pol. Povremeno promije\u0161ati. Nakon toga promije\u0161ati dobro tijesto, oblikovati kruh po \u017eelji, staviti u pleh. Uklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu na 200 stupnjeva. Dok se pe\u0107nica grije, ostaviti kruh u plehu, pokriti kuhinjskom krpom. Kada se pe\u0107nica zagrije, staviti pleh u pe\u0107nicu. Pe\u0107i 30 minuta. Kruh \u0107e dobiti lijepu boju. Isklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu, a kruh ostaviti u toploj pe\u0107nici jo\u0161 10 minuta. Odli\u010dan izbor kada mi se \u017euri. Sastojci: bra\u0161no, mlaka voda, mlijeko, maslinovo ulje, \u017eli\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era, \u017eli\u010dica soli, kvasac. Sve sastojke dobro izmije\u0161ati, oblikovati kruh u nauljenom plehu oblika po \u017eelji. Pokriti kuhinjskom krpom i ostaviti da nadolazi 15 minuta. Staviti u pe\u0107nicu zagrijanu na 200 stupnjeva i pe\u0107i 30 minuta.
