Stari kruh na taj na\u010din postaje hrskav. Staviti kruh na zagrijanu tavu, u sredini uliti razmu\u0107eno jaje ili jaje na oko, odnosno \u010ditavo jaje. Poklopiti da se ravnomjerno pe\u010de. Ako ste jaje umutili kruh okrenuti da se zape\u010de i s te strane. Stari kruh izlomiti na komade, preliti vru\u0107im mlijekom. Ostaviti da se kruh natopi mlijekom i jesti. Ovo je recept za stari kruh koji sam vidjela od bake. Ona je kad bi joj se kruh \u010dinio tvrdim ili nije znala \u0161to bi jela pravila sebi &#8220;udrobljeno mlijeko&#8221;. Pe\u0107i 10-15 minuta dok ne dobije zlatnu boju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim maslinovog ulja mo\u017ee se dodati i za\u010dine, ovisno o tome za \u0161to \u0107ete ih koristiti. Ali se pe\u010de u pe\u0107nici. Nakon \u0161to se kruh nare\u017ee i umo\u010di u razmu\u0107ena jaja s mlijekom, sla\u017ee se na pleh (ili pleh prekriven pek papirom).
