Bademe isplahnite pod mlazom vode, ocijedite ih i brzo ih pomije\u0161ajte sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu da postanu ljepljivi. Stavite u lim za pe\u010denje i pr\u017eite u pe\u0107nici 15 min da postanu zlatno\u017euti i hrskavi. Okre\u0107ite ih svakih nekoliko minuta. Pazite da vam ne pocrne, jer \u0107e tada biti gorki. Izvadite iz pe\u0107nici i ostavite da se ohlade. Napravite prhko tijesto, njime oblo\u017eite rasklopivi i\u017elijebljeni i masno\u0107om premazani kalup promjera 28 cm (mo\u017eete poku\u0161ati i s nekoliko manjih kalupa), pa do pola pecite 15 min da tijesto blago po\u017euti. Izvadite iz pe\u0107nice i ostavite da se ohladi. Podlogu prema\u017eite gustim slojem karamela. Nare\u017eite banane i stavite ih na karamel, pa istucite slatko vrhnje. Dodajte sirup od kave-mo\u017ee i malo manje od predvi\u0111ene koli\u010dine, za bla\u017eu aromu-i sjemenke vanilije. Tako dobivenom kremom prekrijte banane.
