Smanjite temperaturu pe\u0107nice na 170 stupnjeva \/ plin na 3.<\/p>\n<p>Dobro izmje\u0161ajte ricottu, mascarpone, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, nara\u010dinu koricu, sjemenke vanilije i \u017eumanjke: smjesa mora biti glatka i sjajna.<\/p>\n<p>U drugoj zdjeli istucite krut snijeg \u2013 zdjelu preokrenete nad glavom, da provjerite je li dovoljno \u010dvrst. O\u010dito je da smjesa mora ostati u zdjeli. Snijeg nje\u017enim pokretima umije\u0161ajte u smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>Ulijte u ohla\u0111eni kalup i pospite \u010dokoladom.
