Skinite s re\u0161etke i ostavite po strani. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U mu\u017earu (mo\u017ee i vrhom dr\u0161ke valjka za tijesto u metalnoj posudi) istucite \u010de\u0161njak i maj\u010dinu du\u0161icu. Dodajte dva mlaza maslinovog ulja, promije\u0161ajte, pa smjesom prema\u017eite svinjske odreske. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posolite ih i popaprite, a zatim stavite izme\u0111u dva komada prozirne folije i po\u0161teno istucite ne\u010dim plosnatim i te\u0161kim da postignete debljinu od 0,5cm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso \u0107e tako postati jako mekano. Na taj na\u010din sredite sva 4 komada mesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provjerite je li se grill-tava dobro zagrijala, pa sa svih strana prepr\u017eite \u0161paroge i tikvice. Slobodno pustite da pomalo zagore, okus \u0107e tako biti jo\u0161 zanimljiviji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavite ih u zdjelu za salatu s octom, 8 \u017elica maslinovog ulja i polovicom svje\u017ee metvice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U grill-tavi sad ispecite meso \u2013 oko 4 minute sa svake strane. Svaki komad mesa rastrgajte napola i ubacite u zdjelu sa salatom, dodajte preostalu metvicu i namrvite kozji sir.
