Napitci ispod mogu pomo\u0107i ako se ujutro jako te\u0161ko budite ili u nekim posebnim danima kada se osje\u0107ate umorni i treba vam ekstra energetski poticaj da bi ostali du\u017ee budni. Kofein koji se nalazi u kavi i kakau imat \u0107e svoj najaktivniji u\u010dinak 60 minuta nakon konzumiranja. Ipak, smatra se kako u\u010dinak kofeina &#8220;ishlapi&#8221; nakon 5 sati kod ve\u0107ine ljudi, dok kod nekih ljudi mo\u017ee ostaviti posljedice koje se osje\u0107aju i dva do tri dana nakon konzumacije. <br>Kofein je stimulant koji se nalazi u hrani i pi\u0107ima poput \u010daja ili kave. Tako\u0111er se dodaje energetskim napitcima ili gaziranim pi\u0107ima. Kofein djeluje na odre\u0111ene kemikalije u mozgu, te se smatra me\u0111u ostalim kako smanjuje umor i pobolj\u0161ava fokus.
