pe\u0107nici<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; O\u010distite ribu.  &#8211; \u010ci\u0161\u0107enje grdobine je specifi\u010dno jer se skida ko\u017ea, odnosno kompletna riba guli. Nakon klasi\u010dnog \u010di\u0161\u0107enja \u0161krga i iznutrica, bitno je prije kuhanja ukloniti tanku opnu\/ko\u017eu koja prekriva filete. Da biste to u\u010dinili, jednostavno o\u0161trim no\u017eem odre\u017eite opnu i sve tamne mrlje, a zatim isperite ostatak pod hladnom vodom Opcionalno pri va\u0111enju \u0161krga mo\u017eete izvaditi i zube. Odatle mo\u017eete filete izrezati na porcije ili ih ostaviti cijele, ovisno o va\u0161oj \u017eelji. Nakon \u0161to je riba filetirana i sredi\u0161nja kost uklonjena, nema drugih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 250\u00b0C &#8211; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; U zdjelu stavite krumpire, crveni luk, \u010de\u0161njak, mrkvu, per\u0161in i cherry raj\u010dice. Za\u010dinite soli, paprom i origanom i dobro promije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Stavite sastojke na veliki lim za pe\u010denje, na vrh stavite grdobinu, zalijte maslinovim uljem. Pecite 20 minuta. Poslu\u017eite s pe\u010denim povr\u0107em. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grdobina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grdobina je prava poslastica. Mo\u017eda ju je ne\u0161to kompliciranije pripremiti, zbog specifi\u010dnog guljenja ko\u017ee, ali riba ima vrhunski okus i teksturu, pa ne\u0107ete po\u017ealiti zbog vremena ulo\u017eenog u pripremu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grdobina s krumpirima iz pe\u0107nice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grdobinu mo\u017eete pripremiti i samo s krumpirima, tako da slijedite recept iznad, a sve ostalo povr\u0107e zamijenite adekvatnom koli\u010dinom krumpira. Grdobina u pe\u0107nici mo\u017ee biti dobra i kada se radi samo s krumpirima, a dovoljno je ve\u0107 kada se grdobina u pe\u0107nici radi s krumpirima i lukom. Vi\u0161e povr\u0107a u plehu meni je na\u010din da pove\u0107am raznovrsnost povr\u0107a kao priloga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najzahtjevniji dio pripreme grdobine u pe\u0107nici je mnogima \u010di\u0161\u0107enje ribe. Ako vas to sprje\u010dava, to nije razlog. Na mnogim tr\u017enicama mo\u017ee se na\u0107i i o\u010di\u0161\u0107ena riba ili tra\u017eiti da je o\u010diste. Na taj na\u010din preska\u010dete korak koji je mnogima prepreka i razlog za\u0161to se ne odu\u010de na ovo jelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se pe\u010de grdobina u pe\u0107nici?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grdobina u pe\u0107nici se pe\u010de oko 20 minuta. Vrijeme pe\u010denja mo\u017ee ovisiti o veli\u010dini grdobine, kao i koliko ste priloga stavili odnosno koliki je pleh. Ako je manji pleh i ako je nekoliko slojeva povr\u0107a, tada pe\u010denje mo\u017ee trajati ne\u0161to du\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje za\u010dine koristiti za grdobinu u pe\u0107nici?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim soli i papra, mo\u017ee se dodati \u010de\u0161njak u prahu ako nemate re\u017enje \u010de\u0161njaka. Origano je tako\u0111er meni uobi\u010dajen sastojak grdobine u pe\u0107nici. No mogu se dodati i drugi mediteranski za\u010dini, bilo pojedina\u010dno, bilo mje\u0161avina mediteranskih za\u010dina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodavanje drugih za\u010dina mo\u017ee biti na\u010din da se doda bogatstvo okusa grdobini iz pe\u0107nice, ali i na\u010din da se nekome tko nije naviknut na ribu pribli\u017ee okusi za\u010dinima na koje je naviknut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kori\u0161tenje maslinovog ulja daje ribi poseban okus, te ja uvijek koristim za pe\u010denje ribe u pe\u0107nici maslinovo ulje, kod nas se to uvijek tako radilo, pa sam naviknuta na taj okus. Grdobina se mo\u017ee pe\u0107i i u drugom ulju, no, tada \u0107e i okus i grdobine i povr\u0107a biti druga\u010diji, budu\u0107i da je suncokretovo ulje neutralnijeg okusa od maslinovog ulja.
